• Architected and operate a 60+ site WordPress hosting fleet on AWS Lightsail and SiteGround — monitoring, backup automation, security hardening, and incident response (recovered a compromised WooCommerce production site via SSH-only access in <24 hours).
• Built a production multi-agent AI orchestration platform running 10+ specialized Claude agents across personal hardware: development, research, content, marketing, SEO, and operations.
• Shipped a Gravity Forms → Fillout migration across ~25 client sites against a hard April-2025 deadline; ran a parallel JotForm-to-Airtable historical-submission migration for client data continuity.
• Operate a local AI inference stack (RTX 5060 Ti, ComfyUI, Ollama/Qwen3-Coder, Aider) for client work where proprietary code can't leave the network.
• Direct client work in WordPress/WooCommerce, custom plugins, SEO, hosting migrations, and ongoing maintenance for clients across legal, real estate, equestrian, and small-business sectors.

Conduent (formerly Xerox Services)

Long-running engagement on the Automation team developing and maintaining the Conduent call-center application stack. Currently part-time alongside Splibit.

• Created the standard build-and-deployment pipeline (TFS, Azure DevOps) adopted across all teams in the Automation group.
• Ported the legacy WPF desktop application to a modern single-page web app using Angular and Web API.
• Maintain core WCF/WPF services and contribute to the long-term web-modernization roadmap.

• GoDaddy — Migrated internal digital asset management (DAM) platform to Bynder; built new APIs and supporting cloud infrastructure for cross-product integrations.
• Optimum Energy — Modernized an 8-year-old ASP.NET / JavaScript application to current security standards.

Led architecture and delivery of next-generation self-service insurance enrollment and admin SPAs.

• Led the rebuild of the Insurance Enrollment app as a single-page application on ASP.NET MVC / Web API with Knockout and jQuery.
• Migrated the Administration application from ASP.NET WebForms to an Angular SPA on a Web API backend.

Symform

Owned client-facing apps for a cloud-storage startup: web configuration tooling, the WPF desktop client, and the management dashboard.

• Built UX features in HTML5, CSS3, Sass/Compass, jQuery, and Angular for the cloud-storage platform.
• Owned the Windows installer (WiX), all Windows tools (WPF/MVVM, C++ Shell Extensions, C# system tray), and the Salesforce integration (Apex, SOAP, SOQL).

Microsoft + Diamond Solutions Group

Three engagements at Microsoft — AdCenter Shared Services, Windows Security Assurance (WinTrack), and earlier Exchange tooling — alongside Diamond Solutions work building demos for Microsoft Surface and Windows 7 multi-touch.

• Bing AdCenter Shared Services: workflows running under the Data Warehouse Controller; built a mock workflow-hosting framework for end-to-end functional testing.
• Windows Security Assurance: full-stack work on the WinTrack ASP.NET workflow application; built reporting portal with SSIS/SSRS.
• Diamond Solutions: developed a 3D Bing Maps "virtual college campus" prototype for Microsoft Surface and Windows 7 multi-touch, plus a Silverlight/WPF demonstration framework.

• Built and migrated authorization, billing, credit, and fraud applications at Buy.com from VB6 to .NET.
